Effort, Gradient, Direction, Speed, Time, Distance, Altitude and a scrolling map showing your location. Adjust your resistance and effort levels as you go.

HOUR 1: Start in Coniston, on to Ambleside and up the first big climb, Kirkstone Pass! Then a super-fast run down through Patterdale to Glenridding.

HOUR 2: A gentle start along side Ullswater, climb up to Matterdale End and then the fast run to Keswick. South through Borrowdale and in to Rosthwaite.

HOUR 3: Up the super-steep Honister Pass and carefully down the other side to Buttermere. Then North Braithwaite and Whinlatter.

HOUR 4: Whinlatter Pass, fast and smooth to Lorton then head South towards Loweswater, Lamplugh and Ennerdale.

HOURS 5 plus: From Ennerdale climb over Cold Fell to Calder Bridge. Then East to Gosforth, Santon Bridge, Eskdale and Boot. Saving the best until last the two killer climbs, Hardknott Pass swiftly followed by Wrynose Pass. If you survive these then it’s an easy run back to the finish at Coniston - Congratulations!
